I'm an aspiring UX designer and Python developer based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida — Google UX Design certified, currently pursuing a B.S. in Information Technology and my CompTIA certification stack.
At Advantage Software, I maintain workflow-automation tools for Eclipse CAT proprietary software. I drive Speechmatics ASR integration — building the configuration and dictionary pipelines for real-time speech recognition. I work across REST APIs and plugin architecture, Windows internals and network troubleshooting, and enterprise imaging with custom PC builds.
As a once senior technical consultant for Apple, I diagnosed hardware and software issues across 300+ products, surfacing recurring trends from 50+ daily cases to inform product-improvement recommendations.
